Shipping for orders over $100 is free in the continental USA
Shipping for orders under $100 is calculated by the USPS depending on your location.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of special events, there are NO returns or exchanges on custom ordered products. This include ALL QUINCEAÑERA DRESSES, DOLLS, BRINDIS, AND DOLL PACKAGES.

Exchanges can be made on crowns within 3 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange amount. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Bidi Bidi Bom Bom.
